This is a good company and I have used them several times and I will use them again. However for this order I received no confirmation email after purchase so after a few days I had to contact Customer service to make sure my order was confirmed. Although I got a relatively quick response I still don't know why I didn't receive a confirmation email (as is stated on their website).

Everything great, but the shop only offers free returns to very few EU countries, excluding other EU countries. So, for an order of more than 500 euros, where I had to return one single item, I had to pay 30euros.

The purchases were of good quality.

Regarding the payment system, even though I tried to pay through Amazon, BD said they did not receive any payment.

I buy lots of products from BD and I enjoy doing it. I wasn't happy with my last deal. I got a set of wheels and I realised the same set is wheels was being offered in a different link on the same website for 20 euros cheaper.
