1. I thought I had registered and requested the password reset, but never got the mail. Turned out that I did not register on your online shop. Nowadays, there are just so many online stores that people could not always remember registered or not. Please make it more clear.
2. As customer, I need to pay for the return shipping cost. This is kinda ridiculous nowadays to be honest.
I have always purchased from scotch and soda my jeans. So have been disappointed lately that their quality versus their pricing isn’t good. I bought a bracelet and it broke within a week, and 130 euros plus for chino trousers that wear very quickly isn’t great either.
Great clothes with meanwhile reliable sizes; but with the last order I'd received a jeans that was way too small although that size usually fits.
The customer service is quite slow - ten days after having sent back an item I've not received any announcement of receiving or processing the reimbursement.
