While building my itinerary I received a message that there were no flights for my chosen dates and I was asked to try again. I had to leave the site and go back in.
I was very frustrated but fortunately my previous choices showed up and I could finalise the booking.

In our recent trip we got downgraded from premium economy to economy and we’re told tha we would get vouchers for 100 euros each. I don’t think that covers the fare difference and we should have been better compensated for trouble. A future upgrade voucher would have been more appropriate

See which seats we could book using the Materport camera was awesome.

I have to say that the pricing changes we saw based on where (location) I looked up the seats varied up to $3500 Canadian. Which is terrible and I would suggest is a predatory pricing strategy.

I was happy with the fare and the flights that I was booking until I received a message in the middle of the process that the fare had gone up by, if I am not mistaken, $29. That's not a lot of money, but it is unacceptable that you are permitted to dynamically change fares in the middle of making a booking.
