I’ve received a few items from this business that I have enjoyed, and I definitely appreciate the selection. The boxes items are shipped in usually arrive in poor condition. Customer service has an extraordinarily poor attitude. If you receive the wrong item and the item is too heavy to return, they act as if they are doing you a favour when they provide a partial refund. It’s really deplorable.

Terrible experience. Never shipped product from 3 months ago and won’t agree to cancel order. Do not purchase from this website.

UPDATE: The merchant's response is accurate, after writing this review and initiating a formal dispute with PayPal, they finally issued a refund. The issue is resolved and I have upgraded the review rating to reflect this.

For products of such price point, over-due delivery, Ikea style self assembly and poor responses are not expected. There is nothing to note of a positive nature, very very average.

The item arrived broke, even though delivered by FedEx.
The shop confirmed a replacement is under way, but the fact is that this was to be a birthday present which by either lack of care or lack of attention, was mishandled during delivery and unable to be gifted.
Claudia from Customer Service was splendid.

Having purchased this item on 23/12/18, same was delivered only on 28/01/19 and delivered broken.
Customer service has been splendid, but it's ridiculous having to wait this long for an item that is handled with such disregard.
A tremendous disappointment.

Sideboard arrived all damaged, one piece delivered one day one piece delivered the next day, very inconvenient
No instructions, the sideboard was in hundreds of pieces would never know if anything was missing. As it was damaged we have returned it, do not want it. Was asked on returning item to print labels off myself I do not have a printer had to ask a neighbour. Would not buy again.

In your case we immediately refunded you when the broken sideboard was picked-up by the courier. We are sorry for the problem you had with the printer, but all labels have a bar code and Customers have to print them when a return is planned.BR
