Was not clear that I would have to pay nearly £50 for the shoes to get through customs.. I'm sure will be somewhere in the small print, but increased the price by over 30%

Bad Communication with the costumer service. I received an article that I did not want at all and could not return until now due to the lack of communication. Nevertheless, the money for the unwanted item has already been debited.
