The positive was the ease of ordering the part. The negative unfortunately was the experience after placing our order. The date originally given was not met; in fact it was 2-3 weeks later in the end. During this time of waiting myself and my colleague tried several times to contact you which was difficult due to only being able to submit a form from your website. We had to do this a few times bef

Although recommended by Which UK I was disappointed because the hedge trimmer that was provided did not have a cable and the address on the package did not include the House number and it was only thanks to the diligence of the UPS driver that the product arrived at all

the HSN code entered is wrong 2nd order, 1st order same qty same material different HSN code compare to 2nd order. we ended up paying more custom amount and taxes

I received the package after 2 weeks!!! You have the worst possible courier!!! It is not possible for a parcel to stay in their warehouse in Romania for 1 week! I have parcels from China ordered after the one from Conrad and they arrived before him!
I will never order from this store again, unless you offer DHL shipping.

Man fragt sich, wofür es eine Rubrik Bemerkungen im Bestellformular gibt, wenn dieses ignoriert wird. Ich hatte gebeten, das Paket mit DHL und nicht mit UPS zu versenden, da die zeitgerechte Zustellung in Rumänien nicht funktioniert und das Paket primär eine Woche bei denen im Lager herumliegt.
