rudeness on email and inability and unwillingness to assist with lower shipment charges and use other couriers - we have added a note to the Conrad account not to use you except in emergencies as the cost of goods on your site is good but then becomes expensive when you add costs of the shipment. I understand there are rules but your staff neither seemed to care or show any empathy or willingness

Items needed to be changed whilst order was not yet processed however they weren t and were sent anyway. Items were shipped 2 days after. Spoke to customer service multiple times however items werent changed anyway. Very poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One star is too much for you! I don't want to hear from Conrad ever again in my life!! The relationship with customers is below 0 and the packages are packed in such a way that you have a maximum 10% chance that the contents will arrive in good condition.

Ignored 2 seperate attempts to cancel order, have still not responded to either message (1 via webform 1 via email) 13 days later.
Item arrived today, cardboard box was wet and falling apart. Then the actual item has clearly been opened and closed with sellotape over the previous (circular) seals.

Deliver my package for real - UPS never rang the bell and didnt leave a note, the package was promised for December 18th, suddenly it says it was delivered on Friday15th . . . but no package anywhere to be found, no neighbours know about it or have received anything for us - the name claimed by the delivery man on the slip does not exist in this street! AND NOBODY IS INTERESTED!

Expensive and slow in the proces in receiving the order all the way to actual delivery; 404 Errors while logging in to see the status. Late in supplying the invoice.

Conrad have refused to log a formal complaint. The parts WERE IN STOCK as per their website yet did not ship them for over a month. Shipment took over a week from notification. About the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not suitable for supplying the electronics industry and the fact they refused to log a formal complaint means that any ISO 9001 certification they claim to

I ordered 2 different items (4 pieces each) and got an order confirmation for both. I got only 1 item (4 pieces) delivered. I sent an email explaining why one item without the other one is of no use for me and asked for help. The answer from customer service: "Pos 10 will never come". What do you think: more than 1 star?

they write that the customer can cancel the order if it is still pending but they do not accept cancellations. They also change shipping location and shipping date from 2 to 9 weeks after purchase ,with no right to cancel .Account deletion requested from us , still waiting.They answered,, go ahead for a paypal conflict,,,they will then ,,correct,, their policy
