The exp date was scratched, at both the products. Exactly at the same spot.

So the customer couldn’t se which year the product expires.

But they did ent mind at all.

We are sorry that the expiration date seems to be scratched. When we look at the pictures, it seems more an issue that the printing was too close to the edge of the bottle. On one picture we could see the right expiration date and it has a shelf life of more than a year from now. We send only products that are well within the expiration date. The store shipped the original order very quickly but the carrier trashed the parcel. They shipped the new one immediately which I really appreciated but the logistics company broke it again. I suspect the packaging was simply insufficient/inadequate to the content (glass). I sent another email to Livehelfi, they replied they would check but nothing is happening. Have been waiting 2 more days with
