The venue and seats were great. It felt a little touristy, and while some performers were excellent, some were not as charismatic.

The performance by the quartet was excellent. Unfortunately an audience member stood on the side of the room and videoed most of the program on her phone. This was extremely annoying and spoilt the experience.

Concert and music fantastic. Performers most professional and new Bosendorfer piano a real delight. Only one oddity: some tickets included interval drinks, ours didn't, but we didn't discover until arrival. We felt rather excluded and weren't given the option.
