The dispensers are terrible. Poor design. Already unable to use the top / closing part of the bottle. It is money wasted.
2) The telephone number on the label was written in tiny letters as well as it presented with a faded ink. No one can read it. No one called. The shipment nearly was returned to Germany! A company which has been in business for 10+ years?

Hello Christian, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order and the shipping especially. 1. Problems in the shipping occur any other day to every company big or small, old or new, because we have nothing in our hands after we handed it over to DHL etc. and we can print the number in huge letters 5x on the label, they wont call you often because they just dont do it. We have no way
