The support was very effective and Tania from customer service was very kind.
The only negative aspect was that it took almost 1 month to get a solution to the issue. However in the end every thing was solved and I am fully satisfied.

Vorrei in futuro una più tempestiva risposta alle esigenze del cliente: nel caso specifico ho dovuto in effetti aspettare molto tempo prima di ricevere una risposta che quantomeno desse una soluzione al problema.

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Anche se un prodotto è arrivato rotto, non ho avuto problemi con il supporto.
La spedizione è stata veloce e quando ho fatto il reclamo l'assistente di spororte è stato molto gentile e mi ha spedito velocemente il nuovo prodotto.
Ciò che potrebbero fare meglio è preparare i prodotti in modo che non si rompano.
