Overall, care for the items and customer service is excellent, and that is why I still buy in berg. But the prices are skyrocketing and becoming ridiculous, with other stores selling almost 40% cheaper on base prices than berg sometimes.

The good: the variety is superb! I love how you get to see the lowest price within 30 days - makes you feel you’re on top of your purchases. Loving the wish list though, it’s growing a bit. Perhaps they can separate it or have us add in our own folders ie skiing or camping
So it’s easier for us to look at our wishlist items.

The bads: Experienced delays with certain purchases. I particularly do

Unfortunately, the refund was very late (three weeks).

The service was as advertised. The package tracking did not work beyond the German border, but the package arrived in reasonable time.
