I had need to speak to a eibabo representative, and found it was extremely difficult to speak to anyone by phone :-(

Despite eibabo's lengthy order preparation time of 20-22 days, we were relieved to see that a part we were having difficulty sourcing was seemingly available.

We waited the full 22 days for the order to be prepared, at which time we were informed that our part was actually not in stock at all. Instead it was on back order with a lead time of 3 additional months!

Thank you for the feedback. Only items that are not in stock were ordered and were therefore shown with a longer delivery time. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to deliver all products as stated when the order was received. We were also informed of the delay in delivery due to a lack of subsequent production only after the delivery period had expired. We kindly ask for your understandi
