Optar por outra transportadora. A transportadora GLS não faz entregas corretas e nunca entrega no dia combinado ou previsto. A GLS entrega encomendas em PARCELSHOP GLS, mas não envia o QRCODE ao cliente para fazer levantamento da mesma nessa loja escolhoda. Ainda estou sem a encomenda. A transportadora GLS fez uma incidência neste pedido de encomenda não entregue.

Ich habe am 19.10.23 den Barmøya 3 in 1 Kombi-Kinderwagen Komplettset schwarz Einheitsgröße Einheitsgröße 169,99 online gekauft .und am 21.10.23 ist per Hermes angekommen es wurde vor dwe Tür gelassen. Der Kinderwagen ist in Ordnung nur die Räder sind aus sehr billig Plastik dann möchte sofort zurück geben aber dann erfahre ich das ich 33 € aus meiner Tasche bezahlen muss !!! Es ist furchtba

They sent a sneakers box into a plastic bag which means the box is complete broken and crushed. Sneakers in poor condition covered in white dust, stains and creased.

I do not recommend this shop. If there are any issues with delivery and items are damaged they will do anything to make it difficult to return. Packing is poor.

I buy from the uk but Sportspar does not allow me to pay the duty from them in their bill total . So then the package gets stopped at customs then a Duty charge plus Vat plus an admin fee is added . I then received a letter from the courier to pay the balance . Usually after 2 weeks of despatch.
If Sportspar allowed me to pay that duty and VAT I would not then need to pay the extortionate admin f
