Huge amount of styrofoam used in the packaging. You say you have a sustainable policy, and yet you use a material that takes 500 years to decompose, if at all. In this day and age, it is not good enough. Am disgusted and thinking about returning the product because of this.

We have used L&L a number of times because of their range of products and what seems to be good value. However, each experience has been tempered due to orders not filled first time. Our last order has just arrived with a lamp missing.

I recieved the order but one part was missing. Its heavy and they told me I had to return to get another full order. They should be responsible for collecting the order
