Lamp arrived broken in two places and customer service have not replied to any of my messages or emails to organise a return that doesn’t charge me for postage of a faulty product.
Very disappointed and would never purchase from this company again.

One of my items did not arrive and the plug off the lamp is EU while I order off an Irish domain website so it should have come with a plug adapter

I ordered 6 light bulbs. Three arrived shattered - they had been put in a larger box with zero protective wrapping inside. So of course they were broken in transit. Very disappointing!

The packaging was really bad. It was a glass item and it was put at the bottom of the box. It has no protection on one side. Of course, it broke.

I ordered a bathroom light over mirror it does not have a pull string I have emailed them .. no response I have rang 3 times the line goes dead I simply want to return the light and get refunded!! I am not happy with their so called customer service !!!! Could they please answer my query I’m most annoyed!!

Would you kindly check which email you have been sending to and that it is not our 'noreply' email address? The lamp is loose, falling apart, I have to buy a key to tighten the wheels.

My order was missing items, one of the two boxes was open on arrival and missing the lights ordered.

I have been waiting over a month with no response to my email query on the missing items. Its a joke!
