Online designer is a dream to use. Prices very high but worth it for our case which needed items to be an exact size. Quoted delivery times very long but slightly bettered in reality. Packaged very good BUT not perfect; we ordered four items and it was not possible to tell what-goes-where without opening everything and laying it out. Instructions a nightmare; generic pamphlet and poor drawing

Process is extremely slow to say the least. I accept it's a one-off manufacturing process, but it's still a long time from ordering to receipt.
My only issue - and it's a small one - is visible fixings when completed. Please see attached photographs. The base shelf could have been manufactured with the camloc fasteners inserted from the underside instead of the top, leaving the visible shelf clear

The quality of the used materials and the sizing is excellent. The mounted cabinet is beautiful and of high quality
There was a minor problem with the execution of a special request. Luckily it was at the back of the closet and i could correct it myself.
The amount of packaging is enormous. Everything is double packed to prevent transport damage. Lots of cardboard and plastic wrap takes a lot of

Amazing quality but assembly is very complicated and the instructions are completely useless.

Flexible builder for the cabinet. Only thing you can't do is create bigger compartments inside a few columns, for a TV for example.
