The delivery was longer than other companies, but the price was so much cheaper so we went for it.
Everything then went exactly as described on the website. The product arrived in perfect brand new condition within the time frame that the company set out and we saved £80 (even after import costs)
Just as a note, we are in the UK and when we entered that on the website the price dropped to allow for the fact we would be paying our own country’s import duty. For anybody in the UK just to let you know that was 20% for VAT and £12 import fee so add that onto the price you get on the site.
Would definitely use this company again.

I placed an order for the body scale that was supposed to be available on the mindtecStore online shop. After two weeks with no confirmation I started to sending emails. They answered that they don’t have the product and need to wait for supply from the producer. After over one month they finally send me the parcel but with a wrong product! (not the one that I ordered). I sent it back, but they never pickup the delivery. Now, after two months from the order they are ignoring my emails. Looks like I lost money from the product, delivery costs, custom taxes and returning costs. This store needs a serious revaluation because it’s a shame that it is listed in the Trusted Shops.

It’s difficult to evaluate because I haven’t received the products I bought so far.
But I think it would be better to have a warning on the product description saying it will take a month for shipping instead of having Available immediately! And inform the customer the shipping time and ETA before finalizing the buying. Customers have the right to choose if they want to wait or not. So far I can only give you one star.

I thought I would receive a good price for my item. Then my item was held at customs and I was charged a considerable amount extra. I was not made aware of this at the time of purchase. The goods themselves arrived (eventually, after 2 weeks) and are in good order.
