The worst experience we have ever had with a commercial company when the product they delivered was not compatible and they were advised immediately but the delivery drivers refuse to take it back and then subsequently customer service have delayed Taking Back the product by claiming additional charges for the return. Every day they tried to introduce additional charges which they claim that product was used because they can see this from the photograph sent of the product. Their customer service is very poor and and without any experience or information. We have had now had to threaten them to take them to court and they still do not engage by providing us with the details of the solicitors in the UK or their lawyers in Germany. this company is not to be trusted ever! We do not recommend them at all and they they seem to be so disorganised that how they can even be rated is questionable.

Fantastic service and efficiency.

All was good with my order, they were shipped to Australia and they are very happy with everything so a great result. the only thing that you may need to think about is the packing of the items so that they don't rub together and damage the paint. otherwise I am very happy.
