Bought two roller conveyors - Extremely happy. They arrived quickly, were easy to assemble, had all the hardware plus spares. The staff were super professional and the website and billing integration seamless. I'll be buying from Topregal again. Very, very easy to work with.

My purchase was delivered to the wrong address. Rather than loose £75.00 I decided to do some research myself as to where it could have been delivered, and found it. It had been delivered to a different address to the one on the label. Also one of the trays on the trolley had three small dents in it, something I noticed immediately I opened the package. Thinking that it would be too complicated to return the trolley, and that I might never get another one, I decided to put up with the dents and keep the trolley.

My purchase was delivered to the wrong address. Rather than loose £75.00 I decided to do some research myself as to where it could have been delivered, and found it. Good afternoon Thanks for the reply, I have found your order on our system but cannot see emails reporting damage. Looking through our call logs I cannot see any reported issues with a dented trolley. I do apologise if it was delivered to the address not on the label. Using third party couriers we are very much at their mercy with regards to accuracy of delivery. We would also like to either replace or at least compensate for the damage, and will email you from our system to address this
