The worst experience we have ever had with a commercial company when the product they delivered was not compatible and they were advised immediately but the delivery drivers refuse to take it back and then subsequently customer service have delayed Taking Back the product by claiming additional charges for the return. Every day they tried to introduce additional charges which they claim that product was used because they can see this from the photograph sent of the product. Their customer service is very poor and and without any experience or information. We have had now had to threaten them to take them to court and they still do not engage by providing us with the details of the solicitors in the UK or their lawyers in Germany. this company is not to be trusted ever! We do not recommend them at all and they they seem to be so disorganised that how they can even be rated is questionable.

Thank you your email. You bought an item with the dimensions clearly shown on our site, to later report it was too large for your business. We have offered to refund the unit in line with our terms and conditions of a restock charge and carriage as the unit is merely unwanted once you realise it was too large for your business. We offered a lower cost return by us replacing a part at your cost and cost of carriage. You have dismissed this out of hand which leaves us back at our standard terms of return (restock plus carriage) As a business to business to supplier this is entirely in line with law and many other B2B suppliers. We are still open to a return on this basis and have sent you an email to this effect but are yet to hear your reply
