This is the second blanket I have bought from Senso-Rex. Both were beautiful. This time though I forgot about the possibility of import duty, now the U.K. has left the EU. When the blanket arrived I had to pay a whacking £43!! Please Senso-Rex, can you organise for yourself U.K. distributor? The duty is not your fault and you do explain that paying duty may be a possibility, but £43 is such a lot.

Nieterminowi. Brak jakichkolwiek informacji o opóźnienieniach realizacji zamówienia. Dodzwonienie się wręcz niemożliwe - zgłasza się skrzynka pocztowa lub informacja o przepłnionej skrzynce pocztowej. Pewnego dnia w ciągu kilku godzin próbę dodzwonienia wykonałem 83 razy! Co innego na stronie co innego w realu. Odradzam.

Delivery is from continental Europe so liable to delays and customs controls, but it came much quicker than expected. The cover is fab and holds on to the weighted blanket much better than the old one which has been used for years and the toggles had started to come off.
