My problem with installing new CorelDRAW I´ve been consulting with guys of Blitzhandel24 and they were able to consult, communicate and solve it step by step every day and finally they helped me and what´s more - all within Xmas time (!), from early morning to late evening on December 24th, 25th ....it´s unbelievable....never in my life I saw such customer focused service. Well done, I do thank you!!!

Price OK, quick delivery (electronic), but support is the reason for the low character! I had a question before buying, a feature i needed, and the question do i need the prof or is standard version OK. It only resulted in the answer "they had so many different items, so it was not easy to know". Honestly, if that's the presales support then better delete that department totally, because they are certainly not a plus for the company !
