Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
As a regular customer I appreciate the variety of choices available. When item are not available I am notified immediately thus allowing me to pick a different item. I also like the prices and the speed of delivery.

Easy return policy. Printed the return form, placed it in a box, sent the package back to bike-discount.de by post and all was processed easily and quickly. Other than that, everything was also fine and quick.

Transport/shipment, it would be very positive if the carrier provided an indication of the expected delivery date. I never know when we will be able to receive the order, it depends on the freight forwarder.

Fast delivery, good quality but high shipping costs for abroad
I like very fast delivery and very good quality for good price.
Only shipping costs are high for abroad buyers and due to high shipping costs are products prices sometimes not attractive anymore.

Overall trustworthy, large assortment and good prices.

Expensive shipping costs in Greece
I would put 5 since the prices are really good but the bad thing is that the shipping costs in Greece is 15 euros which makes the parts almost the original price from other stores

Good inventory and prices. They were able to cancel my order on my request because I forgot to add some things which I really appreciated. To top it all up, the delivery was fast!!
prezzi comprtitivi e buona scelta. Sarebbe bene che lo spedizioniere inbiasse una mail per il giorno di consegna, indicando, se non una fascia oraria, almeno mettina/pomeriggio.

Hassle-free order fulfillment
The order was completed on time declared on the website, the bike was assembled and well packed in a box, all I had to do was tighten the pedals and straighten the handlebar.
