Wrong size frame and very poor communication
I am shopping from bike-discount. And they were OK until now. This time I ordered a M size frame but received an XL size. First they quickly responded with an apology and provided a return label. I packed the frame and brought it to postal office with the return label. Unfortunately postal office refused the parcel, since the parcel was large. I wrote them but did not receive an answer until I complained to Amazon pay (I had paid the order via Amazon Pay, and they offer protection). Today they told they will cover the shipment cost upto 50 Euros. Now I have to carry the parcel which is quite large to DHL without knowing the cost and the result. I had to spend and still have to spend effort for their fault. They offer neither compensation nor help as if it is fault.

Winter tires arrived in poor condition
Both winter tires arrived in poor condition, very hard to mount as the bead had been permanently deformed. Not a direct fault of bikediscount because I know schwalbe ships them in huge stacks with no reguard for quality as most of them are fine when seated. Will stick to folding tires from now on, unless I can see before I buy.

Not happy.
I am not a new customer and I like Bike Discount but my last shippment was sent without the full data as stated in my filled shipping address. The box was very difficult to locate and I understand that mistakes can happen but I was not happy that I was told many times that the address in the package was correct even if it was clear that was not the case.
