Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Regarding the payment system, even though I tried to pay through Amazon, BD said they did not receive any payment. Secondly, It wasn't until I revisited the site that I noticed that I could have paid in Pounds instead of Euros, this area could have been clearer.

No solution for mislabeled item, poor customer service, only positive reviews are published

Bought a tool that does not do what the description says (Freewheel remover that can only remove cassette lockrings, not freewheels). Poor customer service when I try to resolve, operator clearly does not bother to read/understand my comments. I then try to post a review to prevent other customers making the same mistake, but only 5-star product reviews are published.

10022400104 Ordered parts on Feb 10. As of March 3, still not here. They sat apparently at an airport for two weeks awaiting booking on a plane. There was no movement until I complained. The next day, they made it on a flight. Still en route. I paid, what, $50, for shipping? I wonder what bike-discount does to make this right …

Unexplained price increase at checkout!

While I am happy with the range of products, listed prices, and delivery performance, I take great issue with one very distasteful feature of your business. A significant additional fee is added when checking out. There is no explanation for this. It's not associated with any change made by the customer for destination, shipping method, etc. There is no additional line item. The prices increase between the shopping cart and the checkout screen. I can only think this is an intentionally deceitful practice to entice customers far enough down the path to a purchase that they will complete it regardless. I will try and find the same items elsewhere in future.

Actually, the prices should already be adjusted if you have selected the correct country of delivery. Ideally, you should log in to your customer account before making a purchase. I find it odd, that pricing unfavourably changes when switchin countries from germany to anything else. That shouldn't be the case, not within EU. Returns polisies are not thoroughly explained for "out of Germany" buyers. Sizing guides are missleading as they are german and not standard european. i.e. among other products bought a speedo swimsuit - german size 34 turned out to be XS (UK size 8) and not S (10) international.

I have been sent the cycling shoes instead of an aero helmet. They have been dragging their feet asking me to send back the shoes before they can send the helmet, wasting my time when they are the ones making the mistake. 3 weeks after the shipment, still no helmet, the money is in their account though. Disappointed.
