I was shopping at bike-discount for the first time and I liked the quick answers to my questions and the support seems to be very good overall. The delivery time was relatively quick despite difficulties caused by the flooding. The information about the order status and the tracking information was also helpful. I also think the prices are competitive and the selection of goods is huge, but well categorized and everything is easy to find. Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone. Regarding improvements, I would only suggest to send an information about possible delay in delivery in advance without waiting for customers to ask if their order is going to be sent in time. But I also understand that it is not always possible to inform everyone about unexpected delays in advance.

I was instructed by a shop assistant to be rather notified via email when my wished product is available. Did not happen. So i called and what a miracle, bike they had without notifying me as agreed. Later, during phone call with a shop assistant what is going on with my ordered and paid bike the answer I’ve received was it will be available after they “build it up”, which can be 12-20 working days!!! And after that it will be loaded to a courier. After 13 working days i still have no idea what is going on with my ordered and paid bike. First one wait for possibility to order over 7 weeks and further weeks just to be delivered. And still no info. This is Nonsense!!!

There was a delay delivering the bike, which is OK. The bike arrived with the packaging very severely damaged and as such the bike was also damaged. They offered me 200 euro's compensation which is OK, but it was the rude way in which their staff spoke to me on email that wasn't OK. As if i had done something wrong or as if they found me an annoyance, as if they were bargaining and negotiating and playing games with me, when i was the customer and they should have been as polite and helpful as they could be. Their attitudes stank! Appalling customer service.

Ordered a really nice carbon handlebar, just to find out it's stuck at DHL, and customer service is not doing anything nor even considering to refund my order, they totally ghosted me and just stopped replying to my email after contacting them by both email and phone, they just give always the same answers and do nothing, really disappointed at my "first" real experience with this shop. Avoid!

At present, due to the global situation, there are always significant delays in delivery. Therefore, we always assume a delay in delivery first, which in 95% of cases resolves itself within a few days. We therefore ask customers for a little patience. In this case, we assume that the package has actually been lost. We regret this and have refunded the customer the purchase amount.

I ordered the same day (24/7) at Bike Discount and Bike 24 and paid the same shipping cost (9.90 Eur.). The Bike 24 order arrived on 30/7 and I'm still waiting, and waiting, for the Bike Discount order. Even worse... a BD employee still dares to say that the order hasn't arrived yet because I didn't want to pay for express shipping. Not satisfied!

The goods were shipped within 2 business days. Then it was lost in transit. The customer was always informed about the current status. After it was certain that the package could not be found by the deliverer, we refunded the money to the customer, after consulta

Bad delivery & slow communication Eventually had to cancel the order after two supposed delivery attempts—neither of which I could verify in the from of a note in the letterbox or an attempted call on the number I was explicitly asked to provide.

There are product and order complaint inquiry, but it didn't seem to be a form for web questions, so I'll comment here. I have cookies set to OK, but the language reverts to German every time, which is really bad. Even if I am logged in, the language and currency is not set to what I have changed before, which frustrates me. so please improve this. It's the same in Chrome on Win and Safari on Mac.

I am really pleased with my Cube stereo eBike purchase over two years ago and the subsequent support from Bike Discount. But as a first experience in a brand new market buyers take a risk with an online purchase. After two years this bike technology is service intensive, demands that Bike Discount cannot meet as a remote supplier. Luckily the local MTB community recognise me as one of their own and provide solutions. I still love my Cube Stereo eBike and do not regret the purchase.

15 days in transit my order, not including the 3 -5 days before to dispatched, total days is 20 days for waiting, Improve your shipping ! Very poor and delayed !

Das Rad war schlecht montiert so dass nach kürzester Zeit alles kracht, knarzt und quietscht. Meine Bewertung auf der Website wurde nicht veröffentlicht und der Service wollte die Schuld nur mir zuschieben. Insgesamt viel Geld zum Fenster rausgeworfen und viel Ärger mit unfreundlichen Service Mitarbeitern gehabt. Nie wieder.

Es entspricht nun mal den Tatsachen, dass der Kunde nach einer gewissen Zeit sämtliche Schrauben nachziehen sollte. Ähnlich wie bei einem Reifenwechsel am Auto, bei dem die Schrauben auch nach einer geringen Fahrleistung nachgezogen werden sollten, ist das für die Gewährleistung der Fahrsicherheit unabdingbar.

Får ingen information ang leverans av min beställda cykel. Beställde en cykel i lager och nu har det gått en månad. På hemsidan och bekräftelsemailet står det att påbörjar ordern direkt. Får ingen info.
