I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

The credit card payment method was not working. I had to do a bank transfer, which was not common for online shopping. The charging of the VAT was also not clear and did not made the online shopping experience unpleasant. The products were delivered in good condition but took some time, which I guess was within the normal delivery timeframe.

Received like this half wasnt in the box, contacted bike discount on mail after 5 days no response so i called they said they will mail me. After 7 days i got a answer that i need to contact dhl.. they should do this and help me but they didnt i lose like 140€ in parts

Its been 3 weeks and i didnt recieve my order. please review your shipping policy - posta moldovei is not the best choice of delivering goods for 30Euros. There are companies from UK that a sending goods via DHL (even on free delivery for orders above 150Pounds) As per-general BD - is the best all around site for sportgoods!!!!

My bike's (Focus Atlas 6.7) front or back derailleur doesn't work right. If I put a smaller gear, the chain hits to the metal and scratches the rear brake. I think the bike is built incorrectly and now I have to take it to the local bike service to fix it.

I have ordered a bike from Bikediscount before, and I know the price/quality ratio is good. This time, the shipping process is a huge disappointment. It's been three weeks since the order and still no sign of the bike. I paid (a lot) for a DHL shipping but the tracking code takes me to PDP which has always been a nightmare to work with. The tracking ends somewhere in Denmark. I just hope the bike arrives unharmed.

Ordered my bike on this site and it is entering the 4th of week and I still have not received my bicycle yet. It is shipped from Germany to Vienna, Austria although it said on website it will maximum 14 days for shipping.

I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them... Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
