I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

Problems getting packets to Finland with proper packet information. My house has a pin code which is not delivered and also phone number missi g.
Customer service not good either. Last time I cancelled few wrong items, but they sent them anyway and I cannot return them without paying.

The order took almost two weeks to process from date of purchase. Feedback via email was non existent and had to wait for up to 20 minutes to speak to someone at the call centre.

Could find the bike pieces i needed and at a good price (Di² shimano GRX front and rear deraileurs), came quick already placed on one of my bikes and already rode a 400 km as qualification for Paris-Brest-Paris. Will probably buy also another set (Di² maybe for 40 teeth at the back - and maybe also a mechanical one).

Good and practical website, lower than market average prices and lots more options than the local shops.
There is also lower price guarantee so they match the lowest market price for a product.
The only negative sites are the user interface of the website (bit outdated), longer delivery times and stricter constraints for item return & refund. There is a minimum price for an item to be returned and refunded free of charge.

Had problems with delivery. Bike-Discount somehow managed not to deliver my phone number (which I correctly typer to my order…). Contacted Bike-Discount, which solved the problem by sending me only a phone number (which cost to call…) to solve my own problems. The guy at the Bike-Discount customer service was kind of rude. Not going to order anything from here probably.
