I was shopping at bike-discount for the first time and I liked the quick answers to my questions and the support seems to be very good overall. The delivery time was relatively quick despite difficulties caused by the flooding. The information about the order status and the tracking information was also helpful. I also think the prices are competitive and the selection of goods is huge, but well categorized and everything is easy to find. Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone. Regarding improvements, I would only suggest to send an information about possible delay in delivery in advance without waiting for customers to ask if their order is going to be sent in time. But I also understand that it is not always possible to inform everyone about unexpected delays in advance.

I was instructed by a shop assistant to be rather notified via email when my wished product is available.
Did not happen. So i called and what a miracle, bike they had without notifying me as agreed. Later, during phone call with a shop assistant what is going on with my ordered and paid bike the answer I’ve received was it will be available after they “build it up”, which can be 12-20 working days!!! And after that it will be loaded to a courier. After 13 working days i still have no idea what is going on with my ordered and paid bike. First one wait for possibility to order over 7 weeks and further weeks just to be delivered. And still no info. This is Nonsense!!!
We have sent the package one day after the order. The shipping to Japan takes some time, the delivery has been made in the meantime. Please excuse the long waiting time. Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on the international shipping of delivery agents.

There was a delay delivering the bike, which is OK. The bike arrived with the packaging very severely damaged and as such the bike was also damaged. They offered me 200 euro's compensation which is OK, but it was the rude way in which their staff spoke to me on email that wasn't OK. As if i had done something wrong or as if they found me an annoyance, as if they were bargaining and negotiating and playing games with me, when i was the customer and they should have been as polite and helpful as they could be. Their attitudes stank! Appalling customer service.

Please, think about to change your Greek post partner (ELTA) as they delay to deliver your products to your customers. You can check by your own the day of delivery (information etc) to me....
I would like to be better informed during the time between payment and shipping. For the rest all is fine, let them keep up the good work!

Everything went very well, except the delivery. Very slow. Split my order in 2 packages and the bulky one was not delivered from the first try. They said it had no address and no phone number. But When it was delivered it had everything on it. So I think you should check better who and how delivers you packages.

Good service and pleased with how efficient ordering and delivery was. Sadly, due to Brexit, once it hits the UK shores you get VAT added, import duty (which seems to be more like 3.5% rather than the 2.5% advertised on GOV.UK) and ParcelForce's 'handling fee' of £12. None of this is Bike-Discount's fault. Yet, I think they could do more on their website as 'Tax-free, excluding 14.99 € freight charges' is in really small print. The tech is there to make this clearer. And it's not a 'national sales tax' but VAT which is more understandable for GB customers. That said, still a good price vs GB stockists, in stock (not to be underestimated!) and easy to order, good updates and the delivery time as expected. Thank you.
Be clear on how much more it will finally cost when arriving to uk so we can compare prices to uk to see if its worth the hassle.

Processing was fast, packing was good and the items were in good shape. But the sender forgot to mention my phone number on the package and the local currier couldn't reach me in time. This delayed the delivery and triggered additional actions from my side.
