I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Everything regarding ordering, paying, shipping and handling is great, simple and fast.
I just have a critic because there was an error in my last order when I received wrong item. I was reimbursed for the missing item no problem there. Just I think process of getting to the point of reimbursement could be done better.

Could not recommend. Delivery ended up being 30 days, should have been max 18 days. Not because of shipping company.
Bike (their own brand) had loose linkage axle bolt behind front sprocket. I missed it also on bolt check. For someone who put this linkage together; You had one job... It just fell off, all other bolts have been tight.
They promised refund for long delivery, havent got it. It has been over a week now.

Bike-Discount is one of my go to website for bicycle parts. Prices are competitive and they have a wide selection. My only complaint is that they do not have multiple shipping options. They only shipping option to my location, Portugal Islands, takes 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery. For less than 4 euros for shipping it is fair delivery times. When I need something in a hurry I have to order from a competitor and pay 5x as much for shipping but they don’t always have what I need.

It took 13 days from order was placed until the order was ready to be shipped, which I think was very long time. The payment also went trough 9 days before the order was ready to be shipped. To my knowledge that is not allowed!
Furthermore DHL that delivers the package didn’t notify me that I had to be home for the delivery until when they were at my address, so I had no chance of being home for that.

The e-shop is great and have a big assortment.
But the shipping is bad. I have ordered bicycle and some equipment. It was a mess with shipment. But I was surprised that my order was splitted in two parts and now I still wait for the rest of order. So, it takes around month to get your order. It's pretty uncomfortable.
You should be patient to wait your order.
