I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

I am dissatisfied with my warranty claim. I sent item back for replacement, but got a refund - claiming the product was not in stock at the time. I was instructed to reorder the item, but at much higher price.

Thank you for your feedback. Deliveries to Israel can sometimes take a little longer (especially in the current crisis situation). There are also repeated delays in customs to this country, over which we have no control. We ask for your understanding in this regard. In your particular case, the shipment is still at customs. The wheels I bought were advertised as "tax free" but on arrival in the UK I was sent a bill for 19% value added tax + a £12 Clearence fee. Bike-discount have failed to even respond to my emails about this.

Of course, the articles for countries outside the EU are specified and also calculated tax-free with us ! After Brexit customs duties and import taxes are self-evident. We refer to this circumstance very transparently on our site.

Bike-Discount does NOT care about their customers!! When something is wrong, they just completely ignore you. Orders are only half delivered (but paid in full). I had it more than once unfortunately. Such complaints are completely ignored. Bit of advice: NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS COMPANY

customer service was terrible. took half a dozen emails just to get an answer regarding what shipping estimates are. Once that was finally answered, I had to ask, but never got a reply as to why the company chooses to save a couple dollars to send overseas with 20 day shipping instead of 2-3 day shipping....at least give the customer an option to pay that extra $2 to shave 2 weeks off delivery time. On top of all that, doesn't seem like my package went in the mail until 2 weeks after the order was placed based on shipment scans. Assuming my order ever gets here, I'll have had a new bike sitting in my apartment for over a month before I was able to make use of it while waiting for this order to arrive.

1. the shipment was handed over by us to DHL one day after your order. 2. it is DHL standard transport and not express. But for Express you would have had to pay not 2,- Dollar but at least 100,- Dollar more. Also important. Overseas shipping is currently delayed due to Corona and the Ukraine war.

While I've placed several orders with bike discount in the past and received great service (items in stock, fair shipping, brand new items), my recent experience with returning products to them has stained that view. Their returns team did not collect my order, despite sending them several follow-up e-mails, they neglected collection for over a month and the return package was deemed abandoned by DHL and sent back to me AT MY EXPENSE (I live in Canada, it won't be cheap). It will be 3 months now since I sent them the return package. I've spoken to 3 different employees from BD, have been corresponding with one from the complaints department for over a month now, and to date he has played dumb, not offering any solutions to this issue, and rejected my requests to escalate the issue. This experience cannot coexist with a customer-oriented company. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost, there are 2 or 3 other German competitors with massively better customer service and same competitive prices (do your research)

I have made a partial return for 2 of my orders, tracking from DHL says they are delivered almost 3 weeks ago. But no return yet, no email, that they received anything. I have written to the support. They still didn't even answer me except for the automatic response that it make take till 5 days (already more than a week passed after I have written this email)

My experience with bike-discount was very negative! The item I ordered arrived broken, which created discomfort for me. In addition, I returned the item by average post paying 8EUR for than which I didn't receve back. So I lost time and money. Before sending items to your clients, you need to make sure that your products are in good order.

It doesn’t matter how much you shop. When you have to return something you have to pay for the return shipment. If you live in a country next to Germany you probably don’t have to pay return. Bike-discount think that some customers are more important that others

Transport in Portugal takes a little long through DHL. However, the shipment is also going to the Azores. We processed the order within one day and handed it over to DHL. One day before, there was an error in the transfer of your order. We apologised for this immediately. However, it is not correct that you paid an extra fee for shipping. It is a matter of the normal shipping costs.

Yes. This can have different reasons. For example, different tax rates depending on the country of delivery. These are not errors, but rather tax law requirements of the respective countries. But there are also other reasons, about which you will be informed in our store at the appropriate places.

Good price terrible service. Wasn't dispatched in anything approaching the timeline indicated at purchase. No communication until chased then poor communication. Failed to cancel the order when requested and ultimately arrived about a month later and too late for intended use.

Send me defective goods, does not pay for return and do they reply to mails and their phone number does not exist when I try to call them. They may be cheap but apparently you get no service at all and your out of luck if things doesn't turn out right. Avoid this shop !

Our telephone number is very much real and works fine. If you have a problem with the goods we delivered, please contact "reklamatio@bike-discount.de". This is the only way we can help you. If an item is defective, you will of course be reimbursed for the shipping costs.
