I was shopping at bike-discount for the first time and I liked the quick answers to my questions and the support seems to be very good overall. The delivery time was relatively quick despite difficulties caused by the flooding. The information about the order status and the tracking information was also helpful. I also think the prices are competitive and the selection of goods is huge, but well categorized and everything is easy to find. Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone. Regarding improvements, I would only suggest to send an information about possible delay in delivery in advance without waiting for customers to ask if their order is going to be sent in time. But I also understand that it is not always possible to inform everyone about unexpected delays in advance.

There was a delay delivering the bike, which is OK. The bike arrived with the packaging very severely damaged and as such the bike was also damaged. They offered me 200 euro's compensation which is OK, but it was the rude way in which their staff spoke to me on email that wasn't OK. As if i had done something wrong or as if they found me an annoyance, as if they were bargaining and negotiating and playing games with me, when i was the customer and they should have been as polite and helpful as they could be. Their attitudes stank! Appalling customer service.

Thank you for the feedback. We have handed over the finished package to DHL one day after the order. DHL then unfortunately took 6 days to deliver the package in Finland. However, it should also be noted that there was a weekend in between.

Although they have very good stock of products, good delivery usually, once you have a problem with a product they don't care so much for offering support. I have bought a product that was faulty, send them pictures with the problem, and I have received only a standard response for product replacement, they didn't event read the text or look at the pictures with the problem. Also if you receive a bad product, you have to pay for transport to send it back to them for replacement. In my case, there was a Jagwire Centerlock disc shims set that is badly designed and has wrong dimensions (wrong interior diammeter), they don't fit the centerlock splines, clear bad design for this product.

communication is poor about delivery and return especially internal communication. Items incomplete several times. Busy with the consequences of their hiccups, meaning not being able to use my bike. No compensation whatsoever.
