Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
My order never got to me and when I reached to help service they did not help me so for now I am not very happy

Shipping lower price
I find their shipping lower price for orders above certain (higher) sums of orders very misleading.
When the price for shipping appears cheaper on their shipping costs table, it’s actually nothing else but ability to choose the cheaper delivery company which will take more time to deliver and is (from experience) much less reliable.
I would not have a problem with this kind of shipping costs policy, if that would be clearly stated on their shipping costs page, and obvious to the consumer before finishing the order.

Thanks for the feedback. The choice of the carrier does not depend on the order amount, but on the nature of the goods or package. In most cases you can choose the carrier freely (exceptions are e.g. bulky goods, dangerous goods and the like).

I'm sure you mean DHL tracking. Sometimes there can be no update for a few days if the shipment is at customs as in your case. The shipment went to Saudi Arabia. Last entry: The shipment is ready for pickup !!!!

Never received item - They shipped it to wrong address
I ordered a shock for my bike and they shipped it to the wrong address. I contacted them and they told me there was nothing that could be done.

Clarification: The customer provided the address himself and it was verified by PayPal. After the package had already been handed over to DHL, the customer contacted us with the request that we should use a completely different address. 1. this was not possible because the parcel was already on its way. And 2. for insurance reasons, we are not allowed to change delivery addresses that we have received from PayPal !!!! There is no error on our part here. Dear customer, you will have to make an effort to pick up the parcel at the place you have indicated. Alternatively, you can also contact your national postal company.

Dear customer, you are referring to our terms and conditions which were valid more than two years ago. That is, the time before Brexit. Of course, only the current terms and conditions apply. For our British customers, we have even set up an extra page with many shipping and return conditions and much more information. In principle, we refund the return shipping costs from the UK for justified complaints.

For shipping to Qatar, we choose the renowned service provider DHL. Therefore, we can also deliver at fair shipping costs. The other option would be DHL Express. Shipment problems
They are using a shiping company known for not even trying to deliver, and in my case, they told me that "someone" ordered to return the item. Bikediscount told me they did not cancell the order, and neither I did.

Dear customer, DPD has tried to deliver your parcel twice. Without success. Our experience with DPD in Spain is very good. Therefore, we offer both transport companies to our customers. It is therefore the free choice of the customer with whom he wants to be delivered. Why you then (in your opinion) chose DPD instead of DHL for shipping is not entirely comprehensible to us. no good to use if you are from countries that they don't support with a shipping label for returns. online shopping is a risk but some companies support the customer, but this makes it too risky to buy certain items.

I've ordered the goods on 2/10 and payed the shipping fee with DHL (5-6 days). Since then there is no update regarding my parcel. I have checked with DHL and found out that it has been handled through the post.
Very disappointing. I bought it for an Ironman completion (5/11) that I will probably want be able to use. Is there is anything you can do to expedite the delivery ?
Moreover, replay from a customer service after 5 days ?? are you serious ?
