I was shopping at bike-discount for the first time and I liked the quick answers to my questions and the support seems to be very good overall. The delivery time was relatively quick despite difficulties caused by the flooding. The information about the order status and the tracking information was also helpful. I also think the prices are competitive and the selection of goods is huge, but well categorized and everything is easy to find. Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone. Regarding improvements, I would only suggest to send an information about possible delay in delivery in advance without waiting for customers to ask if their order is going to be sent in time. But I also understand that it is not always possible to inform everyone about unexpected delays in advance.

There was a delay delivering the bike, which is OK. The bike arrived with the packaging very severely damaged and as such the bike was also damaged. They offered me 200 euro's compensation which is OK, but it was the rude way in which their staff spoke to me on email that wasn't OK. As if i had done something wrong or as if they found me an annoyance, as if they were bargaining and negotiating and playing games with me, when i was the customer and they should have been as polite and helpful as they could be. Their attitudes stank! Appalling customer service.

we are very sorry. Due to the current regulations of the parcel service, there are longer waiting times due to customs. On the DHL page is also reported about this delay. However, the package is on site in Australia since 20.07.22.

Quite good selection of cycling spare parts and accessories. Fast delivery to Finland. Prices, well, the global demand has set the prices sky high. Thus I've reduced bike part orders heavily lately

On the top of the price have to pay taxes and wasn't advised how much. Have to cancel the order. Staff wasn't too helpful

It is a pity that the customer gives us a bad rating for this, although we are not responsible for this. UK customers also have to pay import taxes since Brexit, just like any other customer from a third country. These are laws that we cannot circumvent. The customer has ordered under these conditions. We explicitly point this out for UK customers !!!! That's all we can do.

Bike-Discount has processed the order within 2 days. Since the early days of Covid 19, delivery times to Israel have had significant delays, which unfortunately we cannot change. Due to further circumstances, these have not improved until today. In our Store and on the DHL website it is indicated that the delay may take 2 - 4 weeks. This is a pity, but this is the reality at the moment.
