Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here

I’m British, on holiday in Slovenia and had to do a quick order for a part to be delivered to a hotel which had no link to me. Bike Discount.de have a great website which is well stocked but the process from accepting the order to shipping it is not quick. I never got the promised email which the T&C’s say is sent so that i can confirm the order before shipping and when i tried to cancel it was too late. Ultimately the package arrived in time and with the correct product. Price is competitive but not the best.
It’s a shame they don’t do large shipments to the UK anymore but we can thank those who voted for Brexit for that.

Articles missing, expensive shipping
Often you have some articles for short period of time. When i find something i would like to order, 2 days later i decide to order and that article is not available any more...
VAT and shipping to Croatia is very expensive.

Failed to deliver the purchased items on the pretext that the address was not correct. I have ordered hundreds of items from other vendors and have never had any problems. Moreover, bike-discount.de charged the whole shipping charges and only returned the original amount. Extremely dissapointed with their approach to customers.

I ordered a package from the company on September 2nd from Hungary, which was handed over to DHL on the 5th, then the next day on the 6th I received the last notification, which was more than two weeks ago! Since then, the order status has not been updated, the package is still in Germany. I wrote to them again on Wednesday but have not yet received a reply. There is no indication anywhere on Bike-Discount's website that it can take that long. I already ordered from another German webshop and received it within a few days. I'm still waiting, though not with much hope. Hopefully it will arrive at some point. For me, in this form, this transaction has been a disappointment so far. The company has great prices, the selection is huge, that's why I'm sorry that it's turned out like this so far.
