Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Shop offers a large range of products. Indication of availability or leadtime is very handy.
Shipping cost for small shipments is too high. Best to wait until you have a large amount before ordering.

Clear website and fast response. Super prices for quality bikes. Delivery times could be improved a bit, but maybe we are just spoiled on this point. I would recommend this webshop to any bike lover.

I liked the older website more but maybe it's all about getting used to. Delivery is not so fast as in the earlier days but it is not necessary. Good shop, I'm an addict for more then 10 years now !

Easy platform to buy....plenty of parts. The filters do not work properly. The delivery time is right for my country. After a specific amount of money i believe shipping cost should be free.

It used to be that they would ship the order immediately in the past, but this year they took 3-5 business days so ship products that I made sure were IN STOCK.

Great products and reasonable prices. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the shipping prices are very high. Overall I am quite satisfied with the products purchased.
Everything was as expected, except there was a delay of a few days before my order shipped.
Free shipping or a discounted shipping charge would be nice for higher value orders.

Service is great, but site not
Service is great, but site have some bugs.. whan I put something in shoping bag, and i wish open it on another computer I stay without all or part of it..it hapend many times
Great prices and quick shipping but shipping box was kinda flimsy and was apparently reinforced with tape on the bottom but it held together and everything arrived undamaged.

Competetive prices, full of variety and fast shipping but they have very restricted rules like not being able combine any package for two seperate orders given the same day
I like the speed of the shipment, the packaging of the products and the speed of the shipment. I did not like the speed of delivery and the manner of the transport company.
