Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Generally good sales service. Warranty service not the best. Had a shock spend more than a month in warranty repair. Refused to refund money, despite several requests

Add the phone number to my address!!!
Everything is great, except you NEVER add the phone number to my address (Romania), so I NEVER get notified by the courier about my delivery (5+ orders already)

Slow DHL delivery
DHL delivery service is more expensive and slower than DPD delivery service. I would expect a quicker delivery since its shipping costs are more expensive.

Think if your buying from abroad
Could have warned me I would have to pay import duty on my order.
Still would be my cheapest option as I couldn't buy shifters in UK without brake caliper
