Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
The shipping cost is too high considering the days of the delivery . One week and a half dont seems fair time for fifteen euros

De beloofde snelle levering van 1 dag na bestelling werd uiteindelijk meer dan een week na bestelling , en dit voor een simpele buitenband die dan ook nog eens op voorraad bleek . Maar op uitzondering van de levering was de service goed.

The price of bikes compared to competition are really good - lower.
I would recommend to be at least a bit flexible when it comes to adjusting your offered bikes with some component for another one. E.g possibility to change
the brand and type of brakes or to switch the saddle or crankset…

Ceny sú zaujímavé ,ale po dva krát mi poslali nohavice že štítkom veľkosť 30 a boli 28.ci to bol osud ?neviem,ale príjemné to nieje lebo poštovné do Nemecka je veľké ,takže už len na poštovnom za vratku som dal okolo 40 eur.

Your responsiveness has been fantastic and greatly appreciated and the first thing I remember. Also product selection and fair pricing is also noted. Two things could make my buying experience better:
1. Offer a prepaid taxes & duty option to international shipping; and
2. A solution to the inability to North American (i.e., at least Canadian) credit cards as I must make purchase through PayPal. This is not a great inconvenience now but for first-time users it's an obstacle until one is able to find the solution.
