Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Fast delivery, good quality but high shipping costs for abroad
I like very fast delivery and very good quality for good price.
Only shipping costs are high for abroad buyers and due to high shipping costs are products prices sometimes not attractive anymore.

Good price, and fast (enough) shipping
I buy all off my MTB equipment here, wide choice and best price. If you can wait an average of 5 shipping days (Germany to the Netherlands).
The only downside is that they still charge shipping costs even if you order above a certain amount (let's say 100 euros).

Unavailable for phone contact for 7 hours, e-reply allegedly within 5 days. Miserable CX in this respect.

Grant the delivery charge for free for neighbouring countries like Belgium, when ordering a certain minimum amount, like futurum does.
I ordered a mavic 30 wheelset with XDR body, confirmed as welk, I received the 30 euro cheaper wheelset with HG, after complaining they send a XDR body for DT swiss that doesn't fit. They dont have any knowledge and a lot of misinformation on their site.

Excellent web shop : high quality products, competitive prices, very functional and well designed.
DHL deliveries are not as good.. had several bad experiences : "lost items" twice (though easy to recover money it meant I didn't receive the items on time to trips, races, ...) and lately they deliver to pick-up places though I asked specifically to receive it at home.

Bike delivered within 3 weeks. Goods well protected. Unfortunately, the cable for lowering the dropper is too short. When I turn the handlebar all the way to the left, the saddle falls down. The rest of the equipment works very well.
