Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Your responsiveness has been fantastic and greatly appreciated and the first thing I remember. Also product selection and fair pricing is also noted. Two things could make my buying experience better:
1. Offer a prepaid taxes & duty option to international shipping; and
2. A solution to the inability to North American (i.e., at least Canadian) credit cards as I must make purchase through PayPal. This is not a great inconvenience now but for first-time users it's an obstacle until one is able to find the solution.

No solution for mislabeled item, poor customer service, only positive reviews are published
Bought a tool that does not do what the description says (Freewheel remover that can only remove cassette lockrings, not freewheels). Poor customer service when I try to resolve, operator clearly does not bother to read/understand my comments. I then try to post a review to prevent other customers making the same mistake, but only 5-star product reviews are published.

Ordered parts on Feb 10. As of March 3, still not here. They sat apparently at an airport for two weeks awaiting booking on a plane. There was no movement until I complained. The next day, they made it on a flight.
Still en route.
I paid, what, $50, for shipping?
I wonder what bike-discount does to make this right …

It came as a surprise to me that I could not place an order for the company, indicating delivery to an address other than the company's address. My company is located in Estonia, and I wanted to organize delivery to Latvia for my partners. But I managed to do this only as a private person. Accordingly, I lost the sales tax. This is weird.
As for the rest, there are no complaints about the quality of the goods, packaging, delivery time. Thank you
