I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

It took 11 days (9 working days) to receive the parcel. I would not trust local postal services to make the home delivery. You might want to reconsider changing the (local) courier service. Estimated time for delivery on your webpages is 3–5 days.

No free return for EU countries other than those bordering Germany. Postage costs for returning goods are making the cost of returning an item and changing it for the correct size become too expensive, as another delivery charge will be applied. This makes Bike discount different from many other retailers. I went to their site because I wanted to get quite a few items together. I spent over €300 so I am disappointed that they can’t cover the return shipping . I need a smaller size item of protective clothing But I am looking at other retailers now. Just to let you know, I purchased skate shoes from Vans this year. They were shipped from Germany. No shipping cost to Ireland. No cost to return if they didn’t fit. No shipping charges for getting it replaced with shoe of the right size. Just saying.

Buying from them is pretty smooth, however, as I recently found out, returns are an absurd bureaucratic experience. In all fairness, German Customs is quite incompetent, but the customer service from Bike Discount is infuriating, gaslighting and condescending. I will not buy from them again. Go with Bike24, HiBike, R2 bike, or the Spanish ones, don't waste your time and money here.

There is return label no nore possible. That's pity. Nobody expect that is free, but now returning incompatible gears is really difficult and complicate.
