I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

unfortunately we do not understand the rating. Customer wanted to order in advance. After we have written to him how it looks with his order, he told us that it would be a provision and no longer needed. Thereupon we have cancelled the order as requested by him.

The shipment has been in South Africa since 8/25/22 and today (9/5/22) at the delivery depot about to be delivered. Why the shipment is being processed so long by the South African Post Office, we unfortunately do not know. Your order was processed in our house within one day and handed over to DHL. Basically, however, you need to know that parcels that are not sent by express can easily take 14 days to travel from Europe to South Africa.

After buying a Burley bike cargo trailer, it took two additional orders and two returns to be able to use it. In that process, I found the service in answering questions and providing me with the correct information, slow. I had to contact the manufacturer in America to get the correct information that enabled me to order the correct item. Instead, I would have expected Bike-Discount to exchange the item under service.

Delivery was fast, but product was defective and returning was made difficult. No helpful info in home page. Had to find out way how and where to send, and cover shipment costs both ways: 10€ to buy, and then 20€ to return.

DHL gave my parcel to Parcelforce and had to pay for 2 courier’s, plus import duty etc, was no cheaper than anywhere else after those charges. Disappointed.

The shipping costs were paid once by a parcel service. As the UK is no longer part of the EU, fees and import taxes are incurred at customs or the national British post office.

Due to the significant price differences in the different EU countries, we cannot treat every country the same when it comes to return shipping costs. In the case of justified complaints, we will of course pay the full shipping costs, regardless of the country.

On August 18, I wrote that I had questions with the order I received. 19 the support service contacted me, asked me to send photos of the shipment. I immediately did everything and sent it away. I wrote three more letters asking what to do. there is no answer in response. I wrote the last letter on August 29. I want to order more equipment and order what is missing. but with such a customer service, I will probably look for another store.

We do not generally cover return shipping costs from every country. If it is a legitimate complaint, we will of course cover the costs of the return shipment. 2 days delivery time in Germany and 2 days delivery time in Korea. As far as OK, but the shipment was 15 days at customs. Something like that can happen, unfortunately we have no influence on it.

i accidentally ordered the two of the same product and immediately emailed their customer support to have one removed. It took them 3 days to ship the order and mysteriously the support answered me 10 minutes after I got the shipping confirmation email and notified me that it is too late to change the order. Returning the shipment would have cost me 30€ so I assume they just prettymuch forced me to keep the extra piece as it was worth 31€

We received your order on Saturday, 8/6/22 and already handed it over to DPD on Monday, 8/8/22. In the package tracking you can see that DPD then took 7 days to get to you in Finland. This is actually faster. Such a delay in delivery is really an exception. We would like to apologize at this point. We hope you have fun with the products.

I ordered a bike, paid for it, and then received a notification that the bike was being shipped. Then... nothing... After two weeks.I called up and the customer rep said they'd look into it and then I finally got the actual shipping notification from DHL and the bike arrived a week later. So, good that they fixed it, bad that I had to call up to tell them my bike hadn't shipped.
