Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

No clear order cancellation instruction in user dashboard, which I could have used to save the shipping cost by appending my first purchase with my second purchase which I did 5 minutes later. Was not a big amount, but still I was not happy about it.

Prices are hard to find out, one price shown on the goods but when you check out the prices are corrected to higher prices, that is very annoying. When asking support about why that is, no response at all, not good customer support. Besides that ok.

Great shop with plenty of quality items and rapid delivery. >> Main issue is the website which does not work on google chrome and sometimes refreshes you shopping cart and so you have to start all over again! Otherwise very satisfied, thank you.

very bad packaging of my order. I ordered two suspension forks and they were placed on top of each other without boxes, only wrapped in bags, no cardboard was even placed between them. My order was miraculously not damaged during transportation

Issue when paying with Amazon Pay

When paying with Amazon Pay, bike-discount didn’t take the full address from Amazon and the package could not be delivered, so it was sent back. I had to call them and ask for correction and got my package in about 3 weeks

Estimated time of shipment was shorter then actual time, and is quite long: 3 weeks for the bike. The prices shown are estimates and should be adjusted to the selected country of shipping, before ading them to cart.

Your prices are really competitive but !!!!

Your prices are really competitive, but I always seem to have a problem with your shipping process. My order is now stuck in customs and missed the person who was traveling here to SA to bring it for me.

Too high shipping cost to Finland 15€. I would suggest 5€ so it is easier to order smaller items.You can easily add true shipping costs to prices and maybe negotiate cheaper shipping contracts abroad.

Website is too slow

The store is good, the prices are good. The stock is great. But the website can be improved and its speed is too slow. Another point, DHL leaves my package behind the door, and this is innacceptable.

Radon jab 9.0

One of the rear bolts in the swing arm of the bike is damaged because there was a bit of carbon inside of the thread. It took me a half an hour to get the bolt back in and it seems to hold for now.

Time from buying till dispatching is way too long. All items were on stock and it took almost ten days to dispatch. Wrong item was sent. Tire from last order was punctured with screw on the side.
