Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Decent prizes, delivery took way much longer that promised.

The shop has a wide selection but they do not refund return shipment costs from Finland
The shop has a wide selection and they ship fast. Down side is that cost of return shipments from Finland are not refunded. This makes the shop not preferred for all items with a moderate risk of return (clothing, shoes, helmets...).

Fast ekspedition. I think the item (rear wheel Mavic) shoul have been better protected. On the fotos you Can see the wheel hub has gone through the cardboard which resulted in some scratches on both ends of hub. No influence on the function. Butttt 😔
