My order was returned to bike-discount by DHL without any reasons (delivery in Switzerland). I called Bike-discount and they offered me to either reimburse me or send it again free of charge. I called a few times to have updates and everything I could talk to someone who replied to my questions. They also replied to my emails within 2 days. Overall, it took a little bit of time (quite normal during the end of the year holiday season). My order finally arrived and I'm very happy with it. If you're not in a hurry, you can order on bike-discount.

Responsive to questions, easy ordering, available products at the best price I managed to find.. I've ordered twice from this shop; an e-bike and some additional equipment. The assembled bike was delivered to Croatia within 3 weeks in the middle of summer season (they do warn you about the assembly time), and the rest of the products were sent earlier, without extra delivery charge. All in great condition. The second order was at my door in 10 days. So, from my experience, I can only recommend this shop.

I need to return a small part and just happend to be going to Germany and driving by the warehouse and BD I asked if it would be possible to just drop off the part and save the postage and they made an exception for me and allowed me to drop it off. The customer service person there was wonderful and I enjoyed seeing where all my parts were coming from. I also visited their superstore near Bonn. The staff there was also very friendly and helpful. Big thumbs-up.

Delivery of the product ordered, fast and as expected. I fully recommend. Only negative point but I don't know if it was a bug is when I got the message to confirm the payment from my bank (3D Secure), I had the wrong amount to pay - probably related to the VAT calculation of my country of residence. I refused the payment and then did the process again and got the correct amount of price. Not sure how this happened but just be careful with this.

I'm always a bit sceptical buying online, especially from somewhere I haven't shopped before, but I've used bike discount twice now and will use them again. Great value and very quick shipping, which is what I mainly look for. I haven't had to return anything yet to them or had any issues with productsso I can't comment on their customer service or after sales care but from experience so far I'm very happy to give 5 stars.

I've been ordering from Bike-Discount since 2016 and there hasn't been a single wrong or problematic order, so absolutely nothing negative so far. The web page is very well structured, easy and intuitive to use. Pleased with the prices offered, which are common sense, the quality of the products is good, the packaging is very good, and on the transport side, there were never any problems with the transport to RO.

This was my first time using bikediscount and I was a bit sceptical as the price was so good. I ordered a complete di2 ultegra groupset which was coming in nearly €1000 cheaper than retail and definitely a lot cheaper than anything I could find in Ireland. I went with the extra postage insurance to extra security. Everything came on time and well packaged. I’m still really chuffed I saved so much.

I ordered swimming gear from this site because the prices were excellent and even the shipping was reasonable. I live in Canada and shipping across the border from the US costs a lot more than shipping from Germany. I paid a bit for customs but it was still well worth the savings. Very pleased with the experience, got everything that I ordered, no issues.

i ordered the wrong part but only figured it out after i already paid.made a phone call and the order was canceled and refunded very fast! but i had to make a new order so lost a few days because i waited for the money first,would be nice if they kept the money but just changed my order in the first place when i called them.

Fast warehouse activities, shipping and delivery are impressive. It is easy and fast to find products at web shop. Product offering is current and prices are competitive. I sometimes miss parts related to fatbikes. These fatbike components I have to buy elsewhere: tires, cranks and bottom brackets.

The Bike Discount shop is great, but however I think it needs improvement the browsing of the pages. In particular, instead of returning up to the previous page, it jumps to the main top page and it is thus inconvenient to repeat the browsing again.

I was a little hesitant about buying from another country. But, the fork was priced fairly. The fork was packed very well and arrived in a short period of time. No issues at all. I would have no issue in buying again from Bike Discount

I order a lot of bike components online, and do also comparison between online shops. I almost always order at bike-discount because of: - big stock - good prices - delivery within one week Not even 1 misorder over the last 5 years.

I like fast delivery but return process is not friendly because I have to print out return paper. I like other online shop approach where return information and delivery address is together with order. Overall i like bike discount.

I like the description and picture of a product, which is well organized, sorted by group, price, ... I like payment options. I like delivery options and fast, safe delivery as well. Keep on the good work :-)

Fast deliver to Ireland Mavic ID360 hub Strange payment method as I had to transfer the funds directly using IBAN. But it all worked perfectly and I got my product to Ireland fast. I will use again.
