I purchased a faucet from Fantini, and unfortunately, it arrived with a defect. However, Casa39 offered consistent support throughout the resolution process. They promptly sent me the necessary spare part, and when it didn't resolve the issue, they assisted in arranging a local visit from the official after-sales service. Their commitment to resolving the issue was commendable, and they never shied away from their responsibility. I would give them a perfect 10/10!

Nous avons commandé sur Casa39 du carrelage pour notre chambre, nous avions trouvé la référence dans un magasin à coté de chez nous. Le prix était plus cher dans notre magasin malgré les frais de port avec Casa39, du coup on a hésité mais après réflexion nous avons pris le risque. Franchement super satisfait! Livraison en 9 jours à domicile comme prévu (10jours) alors qu'à notre magasin 3 semaines d’attente + à aller chercher sur place. Colis reçu en parfait état sur une palette, juste 1 carreau cassé sur 86!! A Conseiller fortement.

I would definitely recommend casa39, I bought tiles from them a bit apprehensively as I'm living in ireland and they were expensive but not as expensive as to buy the same ones here, but they arrived in perfect condition well wrapped with none broken. The only problem I had was I ordered them in August which is their summertime when Italy shuts down for a few wks so I didn't receive them for a month but that was no fault of their's and there was constant contact during this time.

They have a very good catalogue of excellent tiles from great makers (Marazzi) at the most competitive price. They have been very available to answer to all our questions (we have a big renovation) and the delivery from Italy to France has been very good and earlier than expected. A special thanks to Tiziana who made a very good job. I will recommend Casa39 and will certainly order from them again if need be.

Overall an excellent experience. Good selection on the website, 42m^2 of 60x60 porcelain tile delivered with no breakage, well within the stated delivery time.
