My order was placed on the 5th of May. Delivery estimate for UK was 12th of May. UPS sent 'alerts' advising delivery on 3 separate days with a specific time - but no delivery. Order was actually held for 3 days in London. Finally delivered 17th of May. So 12 days in total and 5 days later than advised. However, wine was securely packaged and as advertised.
Everything was great except the delivery. Ups failed to deliver two times even though i was Home, and i had to call them four times until i finally received my parcels.

The order was completely messed up. First they announce it, then during the day said it cannot be delivered since the address is not complete (?!). Waited at home for the delivery two more days after the scheduled date.

Wine choices are excellent. However Brexit has made delivery more difficult. 8wines are using UPS who are deemed by customers as having a poor efficiency rating with no customer services. 8wines own customer service lacked empathy or interest on a recent complaint re delivery.
Not drank all the wines yet but great to get ones that you struggle to find in the UK

Delivery is fast and reliable, goods are awesome. The only negative thing is the customer support. Their checkout didn't work as it was declining my card for no reason. I contacted my bank and purchase attempt never happened which means that erro was on 8wines. I contacted customer support of 8wines and they never responded. I tried purchase later and all worked...so customer support not good.

The use UPS and they just leave the vine outside our house and send a mail for
Confirmation of delivery. It was 10 deg below zero last time which is a bit risky.
