Excellent service Invoices sent directly to my email and I was able to keep track of my parcel right up to delivery, including specified date. Hopefully the product will live up to their reputation as this parcel was a birthday present and given the recent bad personal health news they have just had this present could be just what is needed

The chocolate's are very good, the packaging is fine but by the time it arrives to us in Ireland, from Belgium, there are several boxes damaged. As we are using them in our guest rooms , we can't then use them for this purpose. What could you do better? If we could order from within Ireland? Or different packing.
