Scratching around here to think of some way to improve.
Maybe in the area of information about wine. Links to independent sites around wine ratings and drinking windows.
Incorrect wine delivered to a neighbour who I don't know.
It took over 4 weeks to recover my order incorrectly delivered to another customer.
When case of wine was received it is in unsaleable condition, and possibly not safe to store.
I await a response regarding potential damage to the wine.
Sorry....it's probably a local thing but I was not at home when the delivery arrived. My young daughter was at home. The delivery guy left the 17 cases sitting on top of a pallette just outside my porch! She had to bring them in herself. I think a delivery person should leave goods inside the house, no? Something like this has never happened me before. I had to dispose of the wooden palette too!

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. All our deliveries are organized upon appointment and door-to-door, which means delivery in the street in front of your door. Delivery companies are not authorized to deliver inside the house for insurance matter. Some delivery people do it, but it depends only on their goodwill. Also for orders with several parcels, we request to arrange the delivery on a pallet to secure the goods and ensure neither damages nor missing packages.
